Radio Host and Pastor Karl Clauson Endorses The Diversity Dilemma

To be clear, The Diversity Dilemma is not about whether diversity makes sense in American enterprise. Rather, it’s about countering the prevailing culture of mandates and measurements by building and sustaining diversity through investing in people – and not just a select few, but everyone who desires to grow their leadership skills. This investment is accomplished through mentoring – programmed and intentional – in small group, face-to-face encounters where the time and attention of a senior-level mentor includes thoughtful assignments, group discussion, practice, and feedback. This type of investment isn’t accomplished through curated libraries of leadership material studied by individuals who have self-assessed. And further, not every senior executive is equipped to be a great mentor. The Diversity Dilemma equips you to turn your organization’s potential into high performance while you organically build and sustain diversity.  Thank you, Karl Clauson, for your friendship, encouragement, and great endorsement of my book.
